Well! Finaly got unlazy and finished this.. perhaps i should have stayed lazy and waited, and ittd have come out better.. i had such grand visions for this piece, but alas, it all fell around me in ruins, bubbling over like custard left on the stove for too long.
Still.. it has a few redeeming qualities, and i DO somewhat like it.. it just didnt hit the mark i was aiming for. I'll try again sometime when i have less to do, and maybe come up with something better.
My intention was to create a warm, dim, wet, small atmosphere.. a micro climate you dont look at, but peek into... i think i managed this OK, and i worked on it for 7 hours all up, after which i was all photoshopped out.
According to the U.S. Defense department, the Pentagon's many libraries support personnel in research and completion of their work. The Army Library alone provides 300,000 publications and 1,700 periodicals in various languages.
You even got the depth in there, good work.
2 facts for you.
According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, with 20.7 divorces out of every 1,000 married people, the U.S. leads the world in broken marriages. The closest "rival" for this dubious title is Denmark, with 13.1 divorces per 1,000 marriages.
That's kinda strange, never would have thought about that, very nice.

[Timmy] uh...I inherited the internet *walks off*
[Chester] can one really inherit the internet?
[AJ] No, I have found it to be impposible for one to inherit the internet, I know, I've tried.
Wow, very nice~! ^^ Well-built atmosphere, and much cuteage. (Snails are cuuute! ) I admire your ability to stick with an image to complete something wonderful. ^_^
The out-of-focus foliage towards the front of the picture definitely accomplishes the effect that you're peeking in. The way you handled the lighting also suggests a very humid atmosphere, so you succeeded there as well. I think it looks really awesome ^_^ But of course you should always do more later until you're satisfied with it n.n
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
